🖥️ Conversation Replies - Turn on Desktop Notifications
Using your web browser (Google Chrome and Safari recommended) you can get push notifications every time a lead replies in LeadTruffle.
Supported desktop browsers
- Google Chrome (preferred)
- Firefox
- Safari
- Brave (enable Google services)
- Edge
Step 1 - Log into LeadTruffle
- Head to app.leadtruffle.com and log into your LeadTruffle account in one of the above supported desktop browsers
Step 2 - Go to Conversations and turn on Push notifications
- Head to the Conversations tab in LeadTruffle
- Press the "Push notifications" button on the conversation
- Your browser will ask “Allow notifications?” → choose Allow.
- Options: You have two options:
- All Replies - Get notified for all incoming messages and calls
- Manual Replies - Only get notified when a lead replies to a human takeover conversations
- You can change this at any time by clicking the "Push Notifications" button again which will bring up this modal:

That’s it! LeadTruffle will now pop up a toast whenever a new message lands.
