Read Receipts & Message Indicators
- See what you haven’t read—each team member gets their own view
- Blue dot = new message since you last opened the thread
- Bold text = full conversation is unread
- Helps you quickly scan for messages that need attention
Filter by Lead Source
Focus only on the leads that matter:
- Filter by source (e.g., Yelp, website chat, missed call text-back)
- Quickly prioritize conversations based on how they came in
Assign Conversations to Team Members
Perfect for teams managing high lead volume:
- Assign any lead to a teammate via Lead Details > Edit
- Assigned team members get notified (if notifications are enabled)
- View current assignments from the inbox sidebar at a glance
Coming Soon: Archive Conversations
- Soon, you’ll be able to archive threads to keep your inbox tidy
- Archived messages won’t appear in your active inbox view
