| Appointment booked | ✅ | ✅ | Notifies you when the AI books an appointment with a lead — for example, through AI booking. Enabled by default on all accounts. |
| New lead quit responding for 5+ minutes | ✅ | ✅ | Alerts you if a lead stops responding during an active conversation for more than 5 minutes. |
| Manual reply alert | ✅ | ❌ | Notifies you when a human should step in to manually reply to a lead. |

||| Most non-lead notifications are sent via email only. SMS is available for a select set of high-priority alerts — new leads (missed calls and chat submissions), new AI handled calls, appointment booked, lead quit responding, and auto-assigned leads — as marked in the table above.

|| The **Appointment booked** notification is turned on by default for every account. Existing accounts were migrated with it already enabled, and newly created accounts have it on by default — so if you use AI booking, there's nothing you need to switch on manually. You can still toggle it off (or back on) anytime from the **Notifications** tab.

## When is a conversation complete notification sent

Conversation complete notifications are triggered when **either** of the following conditions is met:

1. The AI has gathered all the key qualification data outlined in your prompt
2. **OR** 20 minutes have passed since the conversation began

This ensures you're notified at a meaningful endpoint in the conversation — either when the lead is fully qualified or the chat naturally wraps up over time.

## How the Ready to Book alert works

The **Client ready to book** notification tells your team when a lead has clearly signaled they want to move forward. It's designed to fire only on genuine scheduling intent, so your team isn't pulled in on routine questions.

* **Triggers only on clear intent** — the alert fires when a lead expresses intent to schedule or receive service (e.g. "Can we book Thursday?" or "When can you come out?").
* **Does not trigger on general questions** — asking about pricing, quotes, or availability alone will not mark a lead as Ready to Book.
* **Stays on once set** — once a lead is marked Ready to Book, the status remains on. Later messages, such as the lead sharing their address, won't accidentally clear the alert.

|| **Ready to Book is a staff alert, not the booking system.** This flag exists to notify your team that someone is ready to move forward. It's separate from AI booking, which actually schedules the appointment.
