General account notifications

Email-only updates about account activity and changes.

Most non-lead notifications are sent via email only. SMS is available for a select set of high-priority alerts — new leads (missed calls and chat submissions), new AI handled calls, appointment booked, lead quit responding, and auto-assigned leads — as marked in the table above.

The Appointment booked notification is turned on by default for every account. Existing accounts were migrated with it already enabled, and newly created accounts have it on by default — so if you use AI booking, there's nothing you need to switch on manually. You can still toggle it off (or back on) anytime from the Notifications tab.

When is a conversation complete notification sent

Conversation complete notifications (for both missed calls and chat widget conversations) are triggered when either of the following conditions is met:

  1. The AI has gathered all the key qualification data outlined in your prompt
  2. OR 20 minutes have passed since the conversation began

This ensures you're notified at a meaningful endpoint in the conversation — either when the lead is fully qualified or the chat naturally wraps up over time.

  1. Go to the Notifications tab in your LeadTruffle dashboard
  2. Click Add Email Notification
  3. Enter the email address where you want to receive notifications
  4. (Optional) Add a Subscription Name to help identify why you set it up (e.g. "Sales Team Alerts")
  5. Select the notification types you'd like to receive
  6. Click Add Subscription to save

How to set up SMS notifications

How to set up push notifications

Push notifications give you a real-time alert on your desktop or mobile device every time a lead replies — no need to keep LeadTruffle open or refresh your inbox.
