Understanding the Conversations Tab (Inbox) in LeadTruffle
The Conversations tab in LeadTruffle (also referred to as your Inbox) gives you a centralized place to view and manage all lead interactions.
Here’s how it works:
1. Unified Lead Thread
- Each lead has a single conversation thread.
- This thread combines all activity—whether from:
- Website texting
- Missed call text-backs
- AI Voice calls
2. Center Panel: Full Conversation History
- You’ll see the full back-and-forth with each lead here.
- Website texting: Conversation usually starts with the first outbound message to the lead.
- Missed call: Shows a missed call bubble.
- If a voicemail was left, you’ll also see:
- Voicemail transcription
- AI-generated call summary and audio recording
- AI Voice: Includes the AI call summary and any related SMS or follow-ups.
At the bottom:
- On Expert plans with 10DLC, you can turn off AI responses and take over the conversation manually.
- You can enable sound or mobile push notifications to stay alerted.
3. Left Sidebar: Lead List
- Displays a list of all leads.
- Shows each lead’s name or phone number and the date they submitted.12
4. Right Sidebar: Lead Details
Here you’ll find structured lead information, including:
- Lead Contact Info: Name, phone number, email (if provided)
- Lead Status:
- Click “Edit” to update status or add internal notes
- Choose from various status options
- Lead Source:
- Indicates submission channel (chat, missed call, voice)
- Shows traffic source (e.g. direct, Google, Facebook ad)
- AI Data Collection Status:
- Shows how much of your required qualification info the AI has gathered
- AI Collected Information:
- Displays responses to qualification prompts
- Shows what’s been gathered and what’s still missing
- Submitted At:
- Exact date and time the lead was created
5. Browsing Leads
- Scroll through the left sidebar to view all incoming leads.
- Click into any lead to access the full conversation and qualification data.
