Using the Kanban Leads Board in LeadTruffle
Two Ways to View & Manage Lead
LeadTruffle now supports both a traditional table and a visual Kanban board for lead management.
Table View (Classic)
- Filter by source or assigned user
- Add custom columns
- Export or search leads anytime
Kanban Board (New!)
- Each column = a stage in your sales cycle
- Each card = a lead
- Drag cards between stages (e.g., New → Quoted → Won)
- Visualize where every lead stands at a glance
Customize Your Pipeline
- Add your own lead stages (e.g., “Quote Pending”)
- Edit, rename, or hide stages that don’t fit your workflow
- Add internal notes to explain each stage to your team
Archive & Hide Leads
- Mark leads as “hidden” to remove them from the board
- Use the toggle to show/hide archived leads any time
Compact View Option
- Collapse the board for a bird’s-eye view of your pipeline
- Expand to dive into lead details when needed
