Before you start
You need admin access to the Google account that manages your Local Services Ads. If an agency manager controls multiple advertiser accounts, one authorization can cover every account the manager can access.
Step 1: Open Google LSA and connect Google
- In the left sidebar under Lead sources, choose Google LSA (beta).
- Open the Setup tab.
- Click Connect Google.

Step 2: Continue past the Google warning
Because the beta app is still in Google's verification review, Google displays a “Google hasn't verified this app” screen. This is expected.
Click Advanced in the lower-left corner. Do not click Back to safety.

Step 3: Approve access to LeadTruffle
In the expanded panel, click Go to LeadTruffle. Approve the requested permissions to return to your LeadTruffle dashboard.

Step 4: Fetch your Google Ads accounts
After authorization, the Setup tab displays Google is connected.
In section 2, click Fetch accounts from Google. LeadTruffle lists every advertiser account the authorized Google account can access.

Step 5: Select and save Local Services accounts
- Select each account marked Local Services found.
- Leave accounts labeled No Local Services campaign unchecked.
- Click Save selected accounts.

Step 6: Sync your leads
- Open the Leads tab.
- Click Sync all accounts.

Each synced lead includes its Google lead ID, lead type, job type, Google status, and billing state.
- Click Details to inspect a lead.
- Click Find inquiry to match the lead to an existing LeadTruffle conversation.
Troubleshooting
No accounts are returned
The Google account you authorized may not have access to the advertiser account. Authorize the integration with the agency manager login, then click Fetch again.
An account says “No Local Services campaign”
Google reports that the account has no LSA campaign, so it cannot be synced. Confirm that the Local Services Ads campaign belongs to the advertiser account you expect.
Leads look stale
Click Sync all accounts again. Check the timestamp under Last synced from Google to confirm when LeadTruffle last pulled the data.
