Overview
Call forwarding automatically redirects incoming calls to a different phone number when you can't answer. This is useful if you want calls to roll over to a team member, a second phone, or a voicemail service.
When call forwarding is active, a call forwarding icon will appear in your notification bar at the top of the screen.
Access call forwarding settings
- Open the Phone app from your home screen.
- Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner, then tap Settings.

- Scroll down and tap Supplementary services.

- Tap Call forwarding.
Turn on call forwarding
- From the Call forwarding screen, tap Always forward.
- Enter the phone number you want calls forwarded to.
- Tap Turn on.
Your calls will now be redirected to that number automatically.

Turn off call forwarding
- From the Call forwarding screen, tap Always forward.
- Tap Turn off.
Call forwarding is now disabled and calls will ring your phone as normal.
