Overview

Connecting Builder Prime to LeadTruffle automatically logs your leads and conversations from LeadTruffle into Builder Prime CRM, so your team has a complete record of every interaction inside the CRM you already use.

You'll need two things to complete this setup:

• Your Builder Prime subdomain
• A Builder Prime API key

Step 1: Get your Builder Prime subdomain

Your subdomain is the part of your Builder Prime URL that appears before .builderprime.com.

1. Log into your Builder Prime account
2. Look at the URL in your browser — for example: bryanshomeremodeling.builderprime.com
3. Copy the part before .builderprime.com (in this case, bryanshomeremodeling)

Keep this handy — you'll paste it into LeadTruffle in Step 3.

Step 2: Generate your Builder Prime API key

1. In Builder Prime, click Admin in the left sidebar
2. Click Integrations
3. Open the Open API tab
4. Click Generate New API Key
5. Name the key LeadTruffle
6. Turn on all scopes
7. Click Save
8. Copy the API key

Step 3: Connect Builder Prime in LeadTruffle

1. In LeadTruffle, go to Settings → External CRMs
2. Select Builder Prime
3. Click Connect
4. Paste your subdomain into the Subdomain field
5. Paste your API key into the API Key field
6. Click Connect

Builder Prime is now connected. New leads and conversations in LeadTruffle will automatically sync into your Builder Prime CRM.
