How to track click-to-call analytics in LeadTruffle

📝 View your team's calling activity, break down calls by rep, and export your data to analyze with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

Click-to-call analytics is currently a beta feature. The location and layout may change as we continue to improve it.

Find the click-to-call activity dashboard

If you and your team are using click-to-call to dial leads directly from LeadTruffle, you can pull analytics on every call placed — connects, duration, and a breakdown by rep.

  1. Open Settings in the left sidebar
  2. Click Phone Settings
  3. Select Click-to-Call Activity
  4. Direct link: https://app.leadtruffle.com/settings/phone/click-to-call-activity

You'll land on the analytics dashboard with all of your team's calling activity.

View your overview metrics

At the top of the dashboard you'll see high-level stats across your team:

  • Total outbound calls — every call placed through click-to-call
  • CSRs — number of users who placed calls
  • Minutes connected — total time spent on connected calls

Below the metrics, the full call history lists every individual call with timestamp, contact, user, status, and duration.

Break down calls by user

Scroll down to the calls by user table. This is where you can see which rep is doing what.

Column

What it shows

User

The team member who placed the calls

Connected

Calls that were answered

Unanswered

Calls that didn't connect

Average duration

Average length of connected calls

Total duration

Total time spent on calls

Use this view to spot connect-rate differences between reps, see who's putting in the most outbound effort, and identify coaching or training opportunities.

Filter and export your data

Above the dashboard you have two filter controls:

  • Time frame — narrow to today, this week, this month, or a custom date range
  • Client or contact — filter down to a specific lead to see every call placed to them

Click Export to download the data as a spreadsheet. From there you can open it in Google Sheets or Excel, build pivot tables and charts, or drop it into an AI tool for deeper analysis.

Analyze your call data with AI

One of the most powerful things you can do with the export is paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and start asking questions. You don't need to build formulas or pivot tables — just upload the file and ask in plain English.

Example prompts to try

  • "Which of my CSRs has the highest connect rate?"
  • "Based on this data, what's the best time of day for my team to make outbound calls?"
  • "Identify any leads we've called more than 3 times without connecting."
  • "What's the average call duration by user, and which user has the longest conversations?"
  • "Are there any days of the week where our connect rate is significantly lower?"
  • "Summarize trends in our outbound calling activity over the last 30 days."
  • "Which contacts have we called the most? Are any of them worth deprioritizing?"

Tip: Export the data as a CSV before uploading. CSVs are easier for AI tools to parse than formatted spreadsheets, and you'll get more accurate answers.
