Connect Aircall to LeadTruffle

Bring completed incoming and outgoing Aircall calls into your LeadTruffle Inbox
and contact history. Your team continues calling in Aircall. Available recordings
and voicemail appear with the synced calls.

Get your Aircall API ID and API key

  1. Open API keys in your Aircall account.

Sign in if prompted. This page is under Integrations & API → API keys.

  1. Select Generate an API key and name it LeadTruffle.
  2. Copy the API ID and API key, keep them somewhere secure, then choose

Confirm. Copy the key before closing this window: Aircall cannot show the
secret again.

Aircall sometimes calls the key an API token. Use that value in LeadTruffle's
API key field. Your Aircall login password is a different credential. If you
cannot access API keys, ask your Aircall administrator for help.

Aircall's Getting your Aircall API key guide
includes screenshots of these steps. Its API authentication reference
also explains the API ID and token.

Connect and choose your calls

  1. In LeadTruffle, open Integrations → Aircall → Connect. An administrator or

manager can manage this connection.

  1. Enter your API ID and API key, then select Connect Aircall.
  2. Select the phone lines you want to sync and choose a history range: the last

30, 90 or 180 days, or From now.

  1. Select Save lines and sync calls. Keep the page open while history imports.

Pause after this batch saves the current batch; Resume import continues
where it stopped. Leaving the page also stops further import requests.

  1. Select Enable call updates to receive new completed calls automatically.

This creates or repairs LeadTruffle's call webhook in your Aircall account.

Call updates configured means setup has been verified. Call updates
received means LeadTruffle has accepted a delivery from Aircall. Audio may
arrive after the completed call.

If something is missing

  • The credentials do not work: Confirm both values belong to the same Aircall

account. Use the API key or token rather than your login password. If the secret
was lost, create a new key.

  • History is unfinished: Return to Integrations → Aircall and select

Resume import. Use Logs to review errors or skipped calls.

  • New calls are missing: Check that the correct lines are selected and call

updates are enabled. Use Check and repair call updates if setup needs repair.

  • A recording is missing: A call can sync before audio is ready. Availability

also depends on Aircall recording settings, access and retention.

This connection syncs calls only. Text messages, AI transcripts and summaries are
planned for a later phase. Connecting Aircall does not place calls, send messages,
change call forwarding or enable AI replies.

Disconnecting stops sync and retains saved history. It does not revoke your Aircall
key or remove the webhook from Aircall. Audio hosted by Aircall may require an
active connection to play.
